These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vexio. By using Vexio, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Vexio is
Vexio is a content publishing tool for creators. It helps you prepare and publish content to connected platforms (including TikTok, where authorized). Vexio does not guarantee reach, engagement, or revenue.
2. Your account and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish through Vexio.
- You must have the rights to any media, text, music, trademarks, or personal data you upload or publish.
- You must comply with all applicable laws.
3. TikTok rules
If you connect TikTok, you must respect:
- TikTok’s Terms of Service;
- TikTok Community Guidelines;
- TikTok Developer Terms and platform policies for Login Kit / Content Posting API.
You authorize Vexio to act only on the TikTok account you connect, and only to publish content you request.
4. Affiliate disclosure
Where required by law or platform policy, you must provide clear affiliate / sponsored disclosures on content that includes affiliate links, partnerships, or paid promotions. You are solely responsible for adding those disclosures.
5. Disclaimers
- No financial advice. Content created or published via Vexio is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
- No medical advice. Content is not medical, health, or therapeutic advice.
- No earnings guarantee. We make no guarantee of income, sales, followers, views, or business results.
- Vexio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Vexio to publish illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, or to violate any third-party rights or platform rules.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Vexio and disconnect TikTok at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or platform policies.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
