This Privacy Policy explains how Vexio (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our content publishing tools and any TikTok integrations.
1. Who we are

2. TikTok Login Kit & Content Posting API
If you connect TikTok to Vexio, we use TikTok’s Login Kit and/or Content Posting API as permitted by TikTok.
- We receive OAuth tokens and basic profile information only after your explicit authorization.
- We use this data only to publish content to the TikTok account linked by the account holder.
- We do not sell TikTok data to third parties.
- You may revoke access at any time in your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting the app within Vexio.
- Our use of TikTok APIs complies with the TikTok Developer Terms and related platform policies.
3. Data we may process
- TikTok OAuth tokens and basic profile info (when you authorize TikTok).
- Content you choose to publish (captions, media metadata, scheduling preferences).
- Contact details you send us (for example by email).
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
4. How we use data
- To authenticate you with TikTok and publish content you request.
- To operate, maintain, and improve Vexio.
- To respond to support requests and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell TikTok data to third parties.
5. Sharing
We may share data only with:
- TikTok, as required to provide Login Kit / Content Posting features you authorize;
- Service providers that help us host or operate Vexio, under appropriate safeguards;
- Authorities when required by law.
6. Retention
We keep tokens and related data only as long as needed to provide the connected features or until you revoke access / disconnect the app, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. GDPR / user rights
If you are in the EEA/UK (or similar jurisdictions), you may have rights including:
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you;
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- Erasure (deletion) — ask us to delete personal data where applicable;
- Restriction / objection — in certain cases;
- Data portability — where applicable;
- Withdraw consent — including by revoking TikTok access or disconnecting the app.

8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect tokens and personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
Vexio is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Vexio after updates means you accept the revised policy.
